Paul DeRouen is a lifelong resident of the Coachella Valley, having attended Indio High School and College of the Desert. Paul earned his degree in Real Estate while attending San Diego State University. Paul’s first job was in real estate, working for Palm Desert Realty under Frank Goodman and Dick Oliphant. Paul rose through the ranks to become VP of Sales and Marketing, with a focus on new home sales. He then went on to work for several new home developers such as Watt Industries, Richmond America, and New Horizons Building Corporation. In 2005, Paul opened Desert Estates Realty – a firm specializing in resales representing buyers and sellers. Desert Estates Realty also handles annual and seasonal leases. Having spent his entire life in the desert, Paul has seen and been a part of it’s growth, and he brings an expertise on the various communities that is unparalleled.
