I don’t know where to start to say how wonderful Susie Malek is. She is definitely way above what other agents claim to be or in some cases start out to be. Susie took me by the hand and guided me through every phase to purchase my home. She showed me what she knew I wanted to consider buying and did not try to fill in other options just to show how hard she was working. I knew how hard she was working for me by the time she took with me and my endless questions. She took me through all the steps of the offer and escrow. She explained every page of the lengthy documents that were required of me to sign and even doubled checked all pages to make sure that I not only understood the real estate and escrow language that I was signing, but it was exactly what I thought it was. I felt as though Susie took care of me as family. And here is the topper, she did not abandon me when the sale closed. She answered all inquiries about who I should use for any service that I might require not oniy for my home but also being a new resident of the Desert. My advice is that Susie Malek is the one to call and trust with your next home purchase as well as any rental needs you might have.
